Saratoga Announces Sole Vendor Status with Fidelity Information Services

Saratoga Financial Systems is pleased to announce that we have reached agreement with Fidelity Information Services to assume the role of sole partner for supplying supplemental mainframe resources to their U.S. customer base.
Moving forward, this relationship means that when FIS Professional Services can’t provide enough resources to respond to client staffing demands, Saratoga will be the sole point of contact to supply candidates for those positions. This strategic initiative enables Saratoga to provide you with many more opportunities in the FIS customer base in the months and years ahead.

John announced this exclusive partnership to his management team on Tuesday, 11/25/08, and we are working together to begin implementation immediately.
While the Fidelity announcement is reason enough for optimism as we enter 2009, Saratoga’s recent establishment of a direct sales organization is another significant step in creating additional opportunities for skilled resources like you. This organization expansion, will enable us to begin selling our services directly to Fidelity software clients, a market we have not aggressively pursued in the past. Additionally, it is our intent to look for opportunities to expand Saratoga’s services beyond the traditional Systematics product set.
As a result of these new initiatives, the Saratoga pipeline for 2009 is already very active. Accordingly, we are expecting to grow our resource pool significantly over the next several months. Steve Horton Joins Saratoga Staff

Saratoga announces that Steve Horton has joined its management staff as Director of Sales.
Horton has recently held positions of Sales Director and Regional Operations Manager at Fidelity National Information Services. His responsibilities included sales to new and existing clients as well as executive client relationship manager for multiple outsourcing and software clients.
With over 20 years of IT sales and operations experience in the top 150 U.S. banks, Horton will be responsible for developing and executing Saratoga’s direct sales initiative.
Saratoga Financial Systems Consultant Recruitment Program

The Consultant Recruitment Program is designed to reward SFS employees for recruiting information systems professionals to add to our quality and growing workforce. We appreciate all of your efforts in this area, and want to remind you of this program as you take new assignments and network with your peers.The program guidelines are:
- After receipt of the individual’s resume, completion of telephone interviews, and reference checking, qualified recruits are placed on active status and added to our database.
- Recruits may be individuals with or without Systematics Software experience.
- A cash bonus of $1,500 is payable through two installments:
- a) Following the recruit’s placement on his/her first assignment, and after the first 45 days on assignment, the recruiting employee will receive a check of $1,000.00 (less federal and state taxes if applicable); and
- b) after the recruit works an additional 90 days on assignment through SFS during the same twelve month timeframe, the recruiting employee will receive the remaining $500.00 of the bonus.
